You've found us- Chicago's only B&W Community Darkroom. Members enjoy 24 hour access. We offer a variety of classes covering beginner to advanced darkroom techniques. Join us for our weekly Print Out open house on Wednesdays from 7-10pm.

Operated by a group of dedicated photographers, the non-profit Chicago Community Darkroom opened in June 2011 with the mission of providing the Chicago community with education and access to a fully equipped black-and-white darkroom.

In 2015 we moved to a new location in Chicago's vibrant South Loop neighborhood.
